These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our services, including but not limited to website design, development, maintenance, and other related services. By engaging with our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.
We offer a variety of services to meet your business needs, which include: One-Time Website Builds: Custom WordPress, Shopify, Amazon Storefront, and eBay Storefront websites.
Subscription Services
Monthly website packages, including maintenance and SEO services.
Additional Services
Local SEO, custom forms, social feeds, logo and banner design, multilingual sites, and more.
Website Builds
You can purchase a website build as a one-time service. This includes standard website packages, eCommerce solutions, and custom development based on the platform (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
Prices vary depending on the package chosen and any additional features selected during the project.
Subscription Packages
We provide monthly subscription packages for startups and small businesses, offering: Basic website setup and design. Ongoing maintenance, updates, and minor revisions. Basic SEO and performance reporting. Subscriptions typically run for a minimum of 12 months, unless otherwise agreed.
Additional Services
We offer optional add-on services that can be purchased either as one-time services or integrated into your subscription. These include but are not limited to: Local SEO Custom forms Advanced social feeds Logo and banner design Multilingual sites Each add-on is priced separately as outlined during the initial consultation or quote.
Quotes
An initial quote will be provided based on your selected package and any additional services you opt for. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. If changes are made to the project after the initial agreement, the quote may be adjusted accordingly.
Payments
One-Time Builds
Payment for one-off website builds must be made upfront or as agreed upon in installments.
Subscriptions
For monthly subscription packages, payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Additional Services: Any additional services requested beyond the original package will be invoiced separately. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways, and you agree to provide accurate payment details for processing.
Website Builds
We aim to complete website builds within 4-6 weeks from the start of the project, depending on the complexity and timely submission of content by the client.
Revisions
We offer 2 rounds of design revisions during the setup phase. Any further changes beyond this will be billed at our hourly rate.
Content Submission
The client is responsible for providing all content (text, images, etc.) necessary for the website build. Delays in content submission may result in project timeline adjustments.
One-Time Website Builds
Once the website build process has started, cancellations will result in a non-refundable deposit. If cancellation occurs after completion, no refunds will be given.
Subscriptions
Subscription services require a 12-month commitment. After this period, you may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Early cancellation before the 12-month term is completed will result in a cancellation fee equal to the remaining months of service.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your services without notice if you breach these terms, engage in unlawful activity, or fail to make payments as agreed.
All content, code, and materials developed during the project remain our intellectual property until the final payment is made. Once payment is complete, the website becomes the intellectual property of the client, excluding third-party resources (e.g., licensed plugins, themes).
For subscription clients, we offer ongoing website maintenance services, including: Monthly plugin and software updates. Security monitoring and backups. Minor content changes. Clients are entitled to 2 minor revisions per month (such as text updates or image changes). Any additional updates or complex changes may incur additional fees.
Our subscription packages include basic SEO services, which consist of: On-page SEO optimization (title tags, meta descriptions, etc.). Google Search Console and Analytics setup. Monthly performance reports. Additional SEO services, such as local SEO, keyword research, and backlinking, are available as optional add-ons at an extra cost.
We strive to deliver high-quality work but cannot guarantee specific results (such as top Google rankings). We are not responsible for any downtime, loss of revenue, or other issues that may arise from technical difficulties, third-party services, or errors on the client’s part.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time, and any such modifications will take effect immediately. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
